How to Cancel Your Premium Account

If the emaze premium plan you purchased is not what you expected and you wish to cancel, we completely understand and are happy to assist you.    

1. When logged into your Emaze account, go to the top right corner where it says your email address.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the My Account option from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
3. In My Account, go to Billing.
   
   
   
   
4. At the bottom, click where it says Please click here if you wish to cancel future payments.
   
   
   
   
5. You will then be asked to answer a couple of questions.
   
   
   
   
6. Once you have answered the questions, a link will appear that will allow you to continue canceling. 

If your cancellation has been successful, you will reach the cancellation confirmation page with the following message:

If for some reason you do not get this message or if you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to reach us at [e-mail].
