If the emaze premium plan you purchased is not what you expected and you wish to cancel, we completely understand and are happy to assist you.
- When logged into your Emaze account, go to the top right corner where it says your email address.
- Click the My Account option from the drop-down menu.
- In My Account, go to Billing.
- At the bottom, click where it says Please click here if you wish to cancel future payments.
- You will then be asked to answer a couple of questions.
- Once you have answered the questions, a link will appear that will allow you to continue canceling.
If your cancellation has been successful, you will reach the cancellation confirmation page with the following message:
