How To Download Your Presentation In An HTML Format

You've done it! You've reached presentation perfection. Now it's time to present! Wait, no internet?  No problem! Learn how to download your presentation to your computer so that you can play it offline.  

1. In the play mode, Select Download from the Presentation sidebar.

   2. When the Download popup appears, click HTML.

3. The downloading process will differ among the browsers. Select your browser to continue.


                                  

  Windows Chrome:

Click on the arrow at the bottom of the screen.

Select Show in folder.

 Next>

    Windows Firefox:

Select Save File.

Click on the Download arrow at the top right of the screen:

Right-click on the downloaded file:

Select Open Containing Folder.

 

 Next>

Windows Internet Explorer:

Select Save as.

Choose the directory destination for the downloaded presentation and click Save.

  Macintosh Safari:

The presentation will be downloaded and unzipped automatically into the
Downloads folder.

4. The presentation has been downloaded and saved as a zip file in your Downloads directory.



 

5. You can save the presentation to a disk by copying the zipped file or the extracted folder.
